Development and Management of a District Court

The complex comprises 26 courtrooms, judges' chambers, administrative areas, detainees' facilities, reception halls, and an underground parking lot.

Ashtrom led the establishment of the district court in Lod as a PPP concession project, encompassing planning, capital facilitatation, construction, and management of the complex for 20 years. In 2012, Ashtrom Construction completed the construction process, after which Ashtrom Concessions assumed responsibility for property management, overseeing maintenance and day-to-day operations.
